Summary: The 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) will see significant financial incentives after the Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced a 75% increase in prize money for the tournament winners. CAF also revealed that the total prize pool for the tournament, which will be hosted jointly by Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda from February 1-28, has risen by 32%, reaching $10.4m (UGX 38.6b).
